Below are the registration forms available for Cactus Softball Leagues & Tournaments.

Winter League 2012 (January 8 - TBD by weather conditions)
Teams will play 8-10 regular season games with season ending tournament at the New Town Field. All games will be played Sunday afternoon starting at 1:00pm. Team Registration Fee ($825) includes game balls, Website administration, umpire & scorekeeper fees, field improvements & maintenance, and more. Additional charge of $10 per Hat/Visor and $15 per Shirt if needed (players are welcome to wear hats/shirts from past seasons). Uniform Order Form will be sent after you complete registration (you are able to proceed and complete registration without knowing your uniform needs).
